The way she handles your queries and issues is outstanding. Recently, I enquired her about the product and she knew that I would gonna buy with other bank, still she took equal interest to guide me and gave the honest opinion and guidance. Long version: from the first moment we spoke about our mortgage (which by the way, was us simply calling her after finding her on Google), Ruby was an excellent advisor and we could tell that she was deeply invested in her clients' success. Not only did she work quickly and efficiently, but she was able to get the best interest rate for us. Throughout the entire process from mortgage approval through to signing, Ruby went above and beyond - taking calls outside of working hours, working around our schedules, keeping us updated, and even being steps ahead of us on multiple occasions. She is an excellent mortgage specialist and we are so thankful for her patient help in this process, it has made a huge difference for us. Needless to say, highly recommend!
