★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a$20, 000 machine from them Plus all of the accessories threads Etc and then I called them about ordering one more thread and getting it shipped and without asking me they sent it it was $30 shipping which they said they would try to refund because it was an error on their part and and and then when it wasn't paid for $47 they should send it to the Creditor when I was going to them often to get threats and that I would have happily paid if they would have relayed that they couldn't refund the shipping. I'll take my business elsewhere as I'm looking to expand and get a few more machines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service I picked up an industrial juki and the fellow named gary came in and set it up for me on a Saturday and he didn't have to as they aren't open on Saturdays as I live out of winnipeg but he did it was so appreciated as well. Absolute fantastic service .
