★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 2 hours trying to get home and it is impossible. The bus 49 arrived this morning in Bonaventure. And now we have 25 minutes which is not moving. It is frustrating. Too expensive for this bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has always been very good, on the bus #1 I use most often I find the drivers are usually very polite and friendly, even though I'm an Anglophone they will answer in English or try. , I haven't experienced a bus not showing up I guess I have been very lucky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buses are always late, no matter the time or season. is an amateur company. in addition to this, the subscription price increases every year. take advantage of the lack of competition and you have no respect for clients. shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst timing I have ever seen for a bus service, simply do not depend on their schedules or you'll end up paying taxis. When I complained about it through emails, they never got back to me. Of course I am still forced to use their service since they are the only option available. Probably I will use the car just to avoid dealing with their lack of capacity to manage themselves. The bus drivers are generally nice, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RTL needs to step up their game. No transfers, buses regularly early/ late and make no effort to correct their problems. The scheduling from panama is ridiculous, i feel like whoever made the departure schedule has never taken a bus. STM is vastly superior and somehow cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 1/20/2020: I told myself to take an earlier bus (2 hours before I start working on top of that) and guess what......NEVER SHOWED UP. What the hell is going on with this company.
Update 1/17/2020: not one day on time.
Update 1/13/2020: 5th day in a row that the bus doesn’t show up at all!!!
Like below, they are ALWAYS late, always, and then the drivers think the streets are racetracks to make the up the time.
