★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, actual watch repair guy in house. Quick work, took him 5 min to replace battery. Decent price. Will be coming here from now on for any watch needs. Not just any sells guy that needs sent it away for battery replacement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I inherited a non-working swiss army watch, explained that to the proprietor, and he had a new battery in, and time and date set, all complete within about two minutes after I handed it to him. While waiting I noticed about 20 or 30 cases of what appeared to be high quality watches. If I'm ever shopping for a watch, I'll be checking that store for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman that runs this place is the nicest guy ever. Honest to a fault. The service is fast and reliable and all the prices are fantastic.
Took a watch in for resizing after being turned away at several other jewelry stores and he did what they could not in under five minutes.
