Less than 20 hours notice for a one-week long laundry room closure starting June 16, 2020 and as of today(July 2nd, 2020 which is more than 2 weeks now) at 87 Westwood Road building (Royal Towne apartments), it is still closed with no further communication or update. Bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When transfer to new owner from Blanr to Homestead, everything so worse. The employee of Homestead not caring and help rental, the management very terribly never see the they show up whenever we need for help. They just asked more money, add more unreasonable rule but don't do anything help and keep safe for everyone. After they manage, alot of room returned.I moved and they asking we had to pay 1500.00 and they threaten me will call th 3 party if I not pay it this money. So ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad management from Homestead. After they took over from Balnar, their management team for this specific building is just unprofessional. The items requested are never really met and they expect you to be just fine with it.
Even simple things like fixing an elevator takes the tenants to call them and request it to be fixed. The person from the rent office seems uneducated and rude. You will feel disgusted to talk with him regarding any issues as he lacks manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Homestead took over RoyaleTowne everything has been going downhill. The people working seems they hate their jobs or not interested to help you. We have requested back in August regarding the tiles of the floor coming off in numerous place in my apartment. It took them 2 months to have someone come and take a look at it. And we have yet to hear from them to come and fix the issue.
I have asked to put a net in my kitchen window since I can't leave it open when I cook because bugs come in and it's been months, they still didn't get back to us.
The previous staff that was there from Balnar were the best. They were really quick at getting back to you. I had issues with the oven and they replaced it within 1 day.
I think Homestead should hire more professional people.
