★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 evening gowns & 1 prom dress for my daughter. Thankfully I received everything on time. I also needed alterations on all 3 dresses and I can definitely say that the alterations was very professional & neat. The pricing for the alterations was amazing price especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. Very happy for the service & will recommend to all my family & friends. Coming back for more dresses as well !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with a very nice stuff! Great selection of bridesmaids dresses, evening and prom. My sister found her dress in Royal Swan after looking everywhere. Great store and amazing customer service, they also do alterations. Reading the comment above I don’t really understand, as everything was done right. Both ladies working there have short hair, very professional alteration work done on the dresses and steamed! Also for future reference if the dress isn’t from the store they have to charge you for steaming nothing is free! We were very pleased with our experience! Keep up the good job! We will shop again for all our other events! Thank you Monique and Anna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in here last minute looking for a brides maid dress in the middle of Covid. The owner is like no else within 24 hours she custom fit my dress has 1000 GORGEOUS ones to pick from. I felt like I was in a doll house. I didn’t even know where to start it was just the nicest dresses I’ve ever seen. So the wedding was gorgeous and the dress was custom fit within 24 hours and was Stunning.I will be coming here for dresses again for sure. Couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to come shop again. Made me feel like a princess. Please pay close attention to the amazing quality beading they do. The beading was perfection.

Thanks for making it exactly onetime as it was initially promised! I appreciate your help with my suit alterations and overall style recommendations. It was great to wear such an outstanding suit for my daughter's wedding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ exceptionally disappointed. My mom and I went to try on dresses for her in December as my mom needed a dress for my wedding. She found one she loved and we ordered it, we even put an earlier date as May 1st (my wedding is may 20th). we were told the dress would arrive around 8 weeks. My mom called today to check on the ETA of the dress and she was told that they were unable to order the dress in my mom's size. Had my mom not called, we would have still been waiting. Now, we're 10 weeks out from my wedding date and my mom has to start shopping all over again while stores are backed up with appointments and dresses are now being ordered for June-August arrival dates.

My alteration was done by a very professional and knowledgeable person. I will definitely come back for another dress, and I highly recommend this boutique.

Not only did she help me select the perfect dress, she helped me alter it to my size and style. I received so many compliments at the day of my wedding about my wedding dress! I 100% recommend everyone to go to Royal Swan for their dress.
