I had the most amazing experience with Newline and Phuong when selecting a dress (even with many restrictions in place). She remembered me personally even when she has so many other customers! I was treated so kindly by every employee I saw, any appointment that I had. I also can not rave enough about the amazing alterations! I purchased a floor model that needed to be taken down several sizes and you would never know it! I would recommend this store for all brides!

Newline was amazing to work with! The staff was great to deal with through the whole experience of trying on dresses, making a decision on my dream dress, helping me find a second (more church appropriate dress) and throughout all the alterations. They never dismissed my thoughts and went above and beyond to make sure that both of my dresses were absolutely perfect for my big day. Shopping for bridesmaids dresses was also a painless and amazing experience. Newline had an amazing selection of dresses that made it so easy to find 6 unique dresses for my bridesmaid's personalities and all types of bodies while still having them look like a cohesive group. I recommend Newline to anyone searching for their wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, or anything else I can think of. Thank you for your wonderful service! I'm sad that now that my wedding is over I won't see these wonderful women!

I'd give you 0 stars but I can't. Wow! very disappointed on the customer service. We just visited the store and even though there was around 4 people working they paied no attention to me and my friends. Who might I say booked an appointment in hopes of some kinda one on one. Definitely won't buy from here and most definitely won't recommend.

I had such an amazing time wedding dress shopping here. Being a plus size woman I was a little nervous about selection and they had a ton of different options in my size. Lexie was my stylist for the appointment and she couldn't have been more perfect. She made me feel super comfortable, had a TON of amazing tips and never once made me feel pressured to buy anything if I didn't absolutely love it. Even though I didn't find my dress this time I highly recommend coming to New Line Fashion. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This shop is amazing! They have multiple gowns to chose from and the service is absolutely amazing! I found my dress in no time and there’s multiple option to chose from which makes it more fun!I would recommend I would love to come here again!

Disorganized, couldn't find a dress I had for second try on before deciding (which is the dress I would have bought but the girl didn't even try, just said "nah we sold it"). The attitude in the building during the appointment is so blah. Not at all the experience you want when shopping for your dress and I had two different people helping. Overall not impressed. They had quite a lot of selection but the dresses felt cheap (some of them), and a lot itched or were very uncomfortable for the price. When you compare the price at other stores it doesnt make sense to buy from here as you're paying premium prices for dresses that are nowhere near as comfortable as nwl, bridal boutique or sweet pea and Noelle. Pay the same price elsewhere and get a better made dress. They need to up their game when it comes to the atmosphere in the store (get some enthusiastic sales people please! Nothing worse than dress shopping with a robot). I will say they have a huge selection of bridal accessories so I may try that and change my review-but this is based off the purchase of wedding dresses. Overall the store has a lot of dresses, but needs better staff attitude. They rush you. You may find your dream dress here but double check the prices of the gown online or at other stores. Make sure if something itches or hurts you say something! Also don't let them run away with the appointment, go through the dresses yourself. Hopefully if I do à bridal accessory appointment/ or a bridesmaids appointment I can change this review. But for now, out of all the stores in Regina (I went to every bridal store), this was the experience I enjoyed the least.

hi I just wanted to share my experience with newline the staff were super friendly they were so patient with me and all my dresses I tried on with me out of all the stores here in Regina I say this store newline is the top store. so.... many dresses to chose from I got down to my final 4 needless to say I know where I'm going. it was relaxing. stress free.

Had a wonderful time here in the past buying gowns for graduation. Went to find my wedding gown. Although I didn't find the one, I tried many beautiful dresses. The staff was amazing and very helpful and made me feel beautiful! I will be returning to try bridesmaids dresses out.
