★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst groups of ppl I have worked with. They rent yr house out the renters dont respect the contract and you are stuck paying cleaning costs and they charge you a ridiculous fee for nothing.
Darren wont call you back with information you need and disappears for weeks on end. Owes money and doesn't pay it back.i wouldnt recommend these people to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a home buyer/seller, first time or otherwise, it is not uncommon for us not to know all the finite details regarding the purchase or sale of a property. This is why we entrust this task to (and pay a lot of money for) a realtor. Since this is literally their job to know all the bylaws and restrictions in the area/building you're representing, one would think that they would be able to do this task. This was unfortunately not the case in my experience and I was appalled at the complete disaster of the realtor that I had the unpleasure of dealing with. Asides from the complete incompetency of the firm, their lack of accountability is on another scale. If you're about to go through a sale or purchase, i'd recommend looking elsewhere.
