He answered our many questions, he had great communication with us and the other parties, as well he had the most calming presence. During the more challenging moments of our purchase Kyle would calmly talk us off the ledge and remind us of our goal. He never seemed in a hurry when he was with us, it felt like we were his only clients (which we know is not the case).
