The thing that is extraordinary however is that we purchased our home in Peachland sight unseen, entrusting Eric with the job, as our purchasing agent, of finding us the perfect place. Eric looked at many different homes for us and against his own interests, on numerous occasions, advised us NOT to purchase! As such I can emphatically state that Eric is utterly trustworthy and professional - and might I also say PATIENT - and ultimately, with his help, we found a home we are honestly absolutely delighted with! We cannot possibly recommend Eric too highly! I would just add that he is great with communications, always available and always friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
