★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait affaires avec Mathieu Beaudoin. Il m'a dit qu'il était capable de vendre ma maison à un prix fou, alors que 2 autres de ces collègues m'avait dit le contraire selon leur étude du marché. Bref, il était courtois, confiant et professionnel, alors je lui ai fait confiance et signer le contrat.
J'ai eu 3 visites en 5 mois dont un qui avait des problèmes de crédit et l'autre n'avait pas sa citoyenneté canadienne. Ça rend la vente très difficile. J'ai essayé de trouver une solution gagnant-gagnant en lui proposant de baisser sa grosse commission de 5% (parce qu'il est plus gourmand que tous les autres agents) pour que je puisse baisser le prix de ma maison aussi sans perdre 10.000$. Il a été arrogant, impoli, baveux et aucunement collaborateur. Il m'a dit de payer 8000$ pour me débarrasser du contrat. J'ai compris alors comment il faisait son argent:
1. Faire signer un contrat irrévocable en disant tout ce que les vendeurs veulent entendre.
2. Attendre que le vendeur se tanne alors il a 2 choix:
a) Baisser le prix, perdre son argent pour remplir les poches de Mathieu Beaudoin
b) Payer 8000$ ou plus pour se débarrasser de ce cauchemar.
Pire erreur de ma vie de faire affaire avec Équipe Mathieu Beaudoin de Sutton Humania.
I did business with Mathieu Beaudoin. He told me that he was able to sell my house at a crazy price, while 2 other of these colleagues had told me the opposite according to their market research. In short, he was courteous, confident and professional, so I trusted him and signed the contract.
I had 3 visits in 5 months, one of which had credit problems and the other did not have Canadian citizenship. It makes selling very difficult. I tried to find a win-win solution by proposing to lower his big commission by 5% (because he is more greedy than all the other agents) so that I can lower the price of my house also without losing 10.000 $. He was arrogant, rude, slobbery and not collaborator. He told me to pay $ 8,000 to get rid of the contract. I understood then how he made his money:
1. Have an irrevocable contract signed by saying everything the salespeople want to hear.
2. Wait until the seller is tanning so he has 2 choices:
a) Lower the price, lose money to fill Mathieu Beaudoin's pockets
b) Pay $ 8000 or more to get rid of this nightmare.
Worst mistake of my life to do business with Team Mathieu Beaudoin of Sutton Humania.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were fooled to sign a contract with them, based on lies. Wasn't completely honest with us. After three days from signing we decided to take our house out of the market for now, so we could fix things in our house because of the agent complaints of the conditions of certain things in the house and outside as well. Boy! Her attitudes suddenly changed against us. I had to face threats of fees and disrespectful behavior, she no longer responds to my texts. It was a very unpleasant experience with that agency.
