Elle le fait par la suite et ils demandent une preuve d'assurance avec notre nouvelle compagnie. Jusqu'à là ça va j'accepte. Je leur transmet une copie de Belair indicant CLAIREMENT son nom à Notre nouvelle adresse EXACTEMENT comme ils nous ont demandé. Ils repassent encore dans son compte. Elle est perdue, les rappelle, ils lui disent que c'est pas assez, il veulent le bail du nouvel occupant à son amcienne adresse pour prouver quelle n'est plus responsable HEY, ELLE A SON NOM SUR SON NOUVEAU BAIL!!! Vous êtes pas vite vite! Elle habite pas à deux places en même temps! Elle dit qu'elle va stopper ses paiements dans son compte et ils la menace d'engager un avocat. Bravo pour profiter d'une femme âgée. *** mise à jour. Le dossier est réglé. Le problème a été résolu par Annie. Merci pour votre travail. Intact n'est maintenant plus dans nos futures options. Je trouve dommage que cet assureur ait pu causer une mauvaise image à votre compagnie... My mother moved with me on June 1, 2017. She is 70 years old and forgot to cancel. She does it afterwards and they ask for proof of insurance with our new company. Until then it's okay I accept. I send them a copy of Belair indicating CLEARLY his name to Our new address EXACTLY as they asked us. They still pass through his account. She is lost, calls them back, they tell her that it is not enough, they want the lease of the new occupant at her old address to prove that she is no longer responsible HEY, SHE HAS HER NAME ON HER NEW LEASE !!! You are not fast fast! She doesn't live in two places at the same time! She says that she will stop her payments in her account and they threaten to hire her a lawyer. Well done for enjoying an elderly woman. *** update. The case is settled. The problem was solved by Annie. Thank you for your work. Intact is no longer in our future options. I find it unfortunate that this insurer could have caused a bad image for your company ...
M	Marc-André Lapierre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis pas un habitué des accidents...et comme c'était ma première accident, je savais pas trop quoi faire...intact assurance m'a dit de m'arranger avec mes troubles ( trouvé une dépanneuse, trouvé une carroserie un dimanche) par la suite...essayer de contacter l'expert, ont me rappel pas, appel le courtier ont me rappel pas...laisser dans le néant total sans jamais savoir ce qui se passe avec ma réclamations...Tout est tellement beau quand ces le temps de signé le contrat...mais quand ont a besoin de vous, de réponse ou juste de pas se sentir abandonné faudrai repasser. Donc je laisse cette note a tous ceux tenté de faire affaire avec ce courtier et intact assurance magasinez et soyez prudent. I'm not used to accidents ... and since it was my first accident, I wasn't sure what to do ... intact insurance told me to deal with my troubles (found a tow truck, found a bodywork a Sunday) thereafter ... try to contact the expert, did not call me back, call the broker did not call me back ... leave in total nothing without ever knowing what is happening with my claims ... Everything is so beautiful when it's time to sign the contract ... but when you need an answer or just not to feel abandoned, you have to come back. So I leave this note to anyone attempting to do business with this broker and intact insurance shop around and be careful.

On m'envoie des formulaires pour que je les remplissent (contexte de la COVID). J'ai colligé toute les données nécessaires, rempli les formulaires pour l'ensemble des bien (bref mis des efforts), puis m'ont avisé par la suite qu'il y aurait des frais de 50$ par soumission... Je les ai invité respectueusement à réviser leur stratégie d'acquisition de clientèle pour me faire répondre textuelle : Votre clientèle ne correspond pas à ce que nous recherchons. J'ai demandé respectueusement des clarifications, demande qui est resté sans réponses. Ne perdez pas de temps avec ce courtier d'assurances. Don't waste time with this insurance broker. I contacted them because I was shopping for a new broker for all of my insurable property. I am being sent forms to fill them in (COVID context). I collected all the necessary data, filled out the forms for all of the goods (short efforts), and then advised me that there would be a fee of $ 50 per submission ... I respectfully invited them to revise their customer acquisition strategy to get me to respond textually: Your customers do not correspond to what we are looking for. I respectfully asked for clarifications, which remained unanswered. Don't waste time with this insurance broker.

And, Karine speaks excellent English which was helpful to me as I am buying a house in Quebec for the first time and my French is sadly not good!
