Thankfully, they sent one of their builders ASAP, and he did a terrific job inspecting the site. He handled the cedar decking replacement efficiently and kept the deal highly affordable.

He informed us about the wood options, answered our questions, gave us estimates, and took measurements. In two separate times, we had to get hold of him for a few more questions and was always available. His willingness to devote time to us made a huge difference. The quality of the woodwork and the great installation were also catalytic to our decision that this is one of the best technical companies we have ever worked with. We definitely recommend them for any woodworking service.

One of our neighbors had used their services for deck building and was more than pleased with their overall professionalism and quality of work. So we got in touch with them and asked their help. The contractor explained the process for building our custom wood fences and was helpful every step of the way – from measuring to installing. I can't say how grateful we were with their assistance. As for the fence, it's stable, beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

My wife and I soon realized how easy was to communicate with the team at this woodworking company and also noticed their detail-oriented work from the very start. We loved that because they managed to build exactly what we had in mind. During the process of the job, they kept us updated. My wife in particular appreciated the tips and suggestions. Our custom pergola is all what we dreamed about. It looks amazing and is very practical. We are truly thankful.

My husband made an appointment with the deck contractor. We said no strains attached. We just wanted to ask questions, find out more about quotes, and perhaps get more offers now that we had gotten started. And so we did. After meeting with this company's woodwork contractor and several more in Toronto, we returned back to Royal. Why? I can't even begin to compare the differences among contractors. To make our story short, we ordered our deck to these guys and received it soon after. Excellent construction, great deck builders! Exactly what we had in mind!

We weren't sure which wood will be best and the contractor of this company was truly helpful. The entire project went smoothly since we were able to get hold of the contractor any time a question popped in our head. They finally used cedar deck to cover our two patios. I cannot say how beautiful they are. All that matters is that the job was done right and our decks were built in time for us to enjoy the summer outdoors. Incredible working with such a nice team!
