I have already talked about these guys to my colleagues and friends and plan to do so to whoever is interested in deck construction in Toronto. The contractor was more helpful than I would ever expect from a pro. He was here on time to help us make up our minds as to which deck wood to choose, the pattern, the style, the whole package! He explained the deck building process and picked up the phone every time a new question popped in our heads. He made us feel reassured. When the project was completed, we couldn't believe our eyes. Our patio had completely changed. Exceptional work as an overall! No wonder why we'll call again for a garden storage shed.

What was incredibly helpful to us was that we were assisted with the right choice of wood. We also liked that the woodwork contractor supervised every single thing and job done at our home. He stood by our side from the very beginning and was very easy to find and talk to. It was obvious that they care to serve the customer and in the most friendly way too. And I guess that makes a difference to the quality of their work. We loved our new deck and fence, and will go back to them should we need a new wooden pergola or something.

In either case, the service was incredible. When we decided to work with Royal Deck Builder Scarborough, we knew nothing about them. Half way down the road of deck construction, a colleague told me that he had worked with this company for a custom gazebo project and was more than pleased by the work. This came to enhance our belief that this team is professional and effective. When we saw the deck builders on the job, we knew we had made the right choice. We didn't have very high expectations – just wanted to fix up the patio a bit. And we got an amazing looking deck thanks to the good work of these guys. They are definitely the best choice around!

It indicates that they take great interest in what they do and succeed in it! And it was proved that I was right. The entire team was superb. They built us an amazing looking gazebo and deck. They were both fitted as planned from the start in terms of dates and with great attention. We have them for quite a while now and can't get enough of them. Great aesthetics! Amazing gazebo and deck construction.
