The person who answered our first call was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and so were all the guys who worked with the pergola design planning and the building. They provided top-notch customer service. They made sure that we were satisfied with their design and the outcome. We asked them to incorporate specific things that we found as inspiration, and they made sure they were there. We will go to them again if we ever need help with our pergola.
