β β β β β The officers are wonderful and informative..the lady answering the phones is probably the reason most people are upset and animated. Perhaps better training for the call center would be useful for our communication.

β β β β β They responded immediately to a domestic situation in my home and a break in, in progress in 2012. We lived just below the Foothills, however in 3 minutes they were there. Two cop cars showed up, and three officers. The perp had fled. Known to the police, yet he still walks free. In Alberta now, we hear lol. The response was immediate from the RCMP, in Vernon, on L&A Road. They responded immediately and were there quickly and handled the situation very well. Officers offered us protection, until we fled the province. Were absolutely WONDERFUL!

β β β β β Had a thief in the Turtle Mountain Neighborhood a couple of nights ago. The RCMP's fast response nabbed the suspect. Thank you RCMP for all you do. A lot of respect for you guys and gals that keep us safe.

β β β β β Just want to say a great big THANK YOU for all the hard work you do: helping people in every situation imaginable, working shift work, outside in every sort of weather. It seems that so many people rage at the RCMP...until an there's accident or something bad happens. I appreciate your dedication and all your efforts!

β β β β β I have no complaints about the police, but the woman working the desk was grumpy and unhelpful. She confidently gave me incorrect information, causing me to waste time and money. Sheβs clearly apathetic and doesnβt care about her job.

β β β β β I feel that I have been over looked. I've called, left messages, sat in the office to speak to ANY OFFICER, it's been over a month and I'm still trying. Called the Kelowna RCMP but they cant do anything till I get ahold of a Vernon constible. Waited around for hours today, still no one was able to help. Yet when I left they were all waiting around to give tickets on the highway by DQ? I moved to the Okanagan to have everything stolen from me while I trusted Summit Storage to keep ot safe. I feel so frustrated,angry and sad that when I turn to the cops for help when everything I owned was taken from me they dismiss me like I'm garbage. ?
