★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a beautiful little spot! Private property which is interesting. I'd like to know whose is is. There is a food truck selling risotto, appears to be a cafe, port potties, driftwood sculptures, 2 huge volley ball courts, multi level. Play grounds. Sandy gravel Beach, walking trails, a theater, pond, very nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful scenery with wide views of the ocean and the city of victoria in the distance. Nice beach, perfect for traversing logs and collecting shells. Great for kids and dogs alike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to do almost anything really. There are volleyball courts and a play area for youngsters as well. Nice sculpture of Royal Beach with an eagle, all made of driftwood. There is a pathway that leads down to another level with another wood sculpture of a wooly mammoth down there. The beach itself is very big and spacious. Plenty of space on the beach and in the parking lot for everyone to enjoy.
