★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting shop and I'll go back again. Lots of pretty things. Many of the rocks and minerals are imported wish they had more local stuff.
Had a great follow up Email from the shop owner in response to my review. They clearly explained how they label locally and Canadian sourced minerals, something I missed during my visit. They also explained that they have a hand in collecting some of the samples from further afield. Now I really want to go back for a better look around and visit with the owner.
A great destination for rockhounds and lapsmiths.

Having recently returned from Arizona and visited several gemstone shops there, I appreciate the knowledge, enthusiasm and retail ethics that these owners impart doing business with the public. Looking forward to many return visits!! They also convey a sense of concern with the environment from which their many products come.

It was a delight to look around, and I would absolutely purchase from Ed again! Bonus: there is a shop cat, Jimmy, though I don't know if he's always allowed inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing selection, very reasonable prices. A beautiful little shop with really nice displays. I got a decently large beautiful stone with just a tear of amathylst for 8$. The woman at the counter was very friendly and had lots of information on the backround of the rocks in the shop. They have a jewlery collection as well but if you're interested in admiring/purchasing rocks themselves this is definately a place to check out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful store. My kids love rocks gems crystals and this place has it ALL. It's in a beautiful little town and the owner was absolutely a lovely woman to talk to can't wait to go again. Highly recommended stop in Westport.
