Chad and Karla are amazing, everything was supplied in the trailer. When they arrived to drop it off everything was set up including a mat, chairs, picnic table cover and BBQ. They are amazing to correspond with and have well maintained trailers.

Chad and Karla are amazing and made our camping trip in Pentiction spectacular! From their beautiful trailer to their outstanding service, we could not have asked for anything more! We've rented from several other companies over the years and no one has come close to the quality and service that Karla and Chad provide. We rented the Rockwood for 2 weeks for our family of 4 and while they told us it's fully equipped, we've heard that before from others... There's literally nothing you need to bring but food and bevies. BBQ, beach chairs, linens, kitchen supplies, cleaning products... Everything you need is included. Chad delivered the RV to our site, set up everything including the tablecloth, and gave us a walk-through of the whole thing. No other rental service has ever bothered to even meet us before. Everything was included, everything worked, everything was clean. Can't recommend Route 97 Rentals enough. We've already booked for next year.

My wife and I live in Penticton and had wanted to spend a few days in Osoyoos, with some friends who already had a travel trailer, on the edge of the lake there. Karla and Chad of Route 97 Rentals were able to provide, from their current stock of RV's, the KZ Connect 20 FT travel trailer. And there was absolutely no difficulty or stress for us after deciding to do that, as they hauled the trailer down from Penticton, to Nk'Mip RV park, and backed it into the campsite directly on the beach of Osoyoos Lake. All we had to do was show up at the campsite about 45 minutes after they arrived, and the complete set up was already done. The EZ lounger chairs were placed on the large outdoor mat, alongside a small table they provide for that area, and the awning attached to the trailer had been rolled out to provide the required amount of weather protection. Fresh water and sanitary sewer hookups were connected, there was hot water at all the taps, propane gas cylinders were full, and some other systems demonstrations were capably handled by Chad. Even if I were to forget them, he's really only a phone call away for technical advice (however, none was needed as these travel trailers nowadays are simple enough to manage with very little knowledge required beforehand). After spending some wonderful days at the campsite, meeting & making new friends, it was just as easy to pack up and go home. A pre-arranged schedule meant that Karla & Chad would arrive at the campsite about an hour before checkout time, to hook up to the travel trailer to haul it back to their storage yard. We loaded into our vehicle, the articles of clothing, food and drink left over from our visit to Osoyoos and drove off. Impressions from our experience: A completely dead simple way to enjoy camping in the Okanagan, while staying in a cozy comfortable recreational vehicle, in a campsite of your choice (there are some limitations they will tell you about), without the bother of hauling, towing, parking, filling propane cylinders, emptying sewage tanks and so on.
