Après 1h nous avons appelé pour savoir où ils en étaient et on nous répond que c'est partie que ça va arriver dans quelques minutes. 30 minutes plus tard, 1h30 d'attente au total, nous rappelons pour finalement ce faire dire qu'ils avaient perdu notre adresse et numéro de téléphone et que notre commande n'est jamais parti. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous le dire lors du premier appel
Il était rendu 18h30, avec deux enfants, nous avons quand même demandé de nous la préparer que nous irons la chercher mais avec un dédommagement pour l'attente
Une fois le bas nous avons due s'obstiner pour le dédommagement car pour eux ce n'était pas de leur faute.
Des erreur ça arrive, c'est loin d'être dramatique, Lorsque tu offres un service client tu t'assures que ce service soit à la hauteur. Après deux heures d'attente pour une livraison de poulet, la moindre des choses est de s'excuser, pas de s'obstiner avec le client.
 They forgot our order. After 1 hour we called to find out where they were and we were told that it is going to happen in a few minutes. 30 minutes later, 1h30 of waiting in total, we call back to finally say that they had lost our address and telephone number and that our order never left. The least thing would have been to tell us on the first call
It was 6.30 p.m., with two children, we still asked to prepare it for us that we will pick it up but with compensation for the wait
Once the bottom we had to insist on the compensation because for them it was not their fault.
Mistakes happen, it's far from dramatic, When you offer customer service you make sure that this service is up to par. After two hours of waiting for a chicken delivery, the least you can do is apologize, not clash with the customer.

Why a barbecue sauce instead of the famous brown sauce? Too often the fries are undercooked either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais 1 hrs pour avoir un club, frite encore congeler au centre , club sandwich froid avec des restants de pain tout tremper sauce assez froide qu il n'y avait pas moyen de la faire sortir du contenant.Plus jamais je commanderais Fusée cap de la madeleine.
Very bad 1 hr to have a club, fries still frozen in the center, cold club sandwich with leftover bread all dipping sauce cold enough that there was no way to get it out of the container. Never again I would order Fusée cap de Madeleine.
