Le tour que mon conjoint et moi avons fait "Temps des Fêtes à Montréal" était super, particulièrement le marché de Noël sur la rue Ste-Catherine près de la Place des Arts, l'exposition OASIS Immersion au Palais des Congrès et la fameuse croisière-brunch sur le Maxime, entre le port du Vieux-Montréal et les îles de Boucherville. Le brunch était absolument délicieux, sans compter la harpiste de talent qui a agrémenté le voyage d'une belle musique de Noël! Nous comptons faire affaire avec Tours Amérique sans hésitation dans le futur. La guide était très compréhensive et flexible pour là encore, accommoder les voyageurs. Conducteur de l'autocar très expérimenté et très serviable. Le choix de l'Hôtel Intercontinental était judicieux, les chambres sont très confortables et bien insonorisées. Pour nous, c'est une note de 10/10 !!! Nous recommandons fortement. The agency's staff are very accommodating, on the lookout to meet the needs and expectations of their clients. The tour that my partner and I did "Holiday Season in Montreal" was great, particularly the Christmas market on Ste-Catherine Street near Place des Arts, the OASIS Immersion exhibition at the Palais des Congrès and the famous cruise -brunch on the Maxime, between the port of Old Montreal and the Boucherville islands. The brunch was absolutely delicious, not to mention the talented harpist who complemented the trip with beautiful Christmas music! We intend to do business with Tours America without hesitation in the future. The guide was very understanding and flexible in accommodating travelers again. Very experienced and very helpful coach driver. The choice of the Intercontinental Hotel was wise, the rooms are very comfortable and well soundproofed. For us, it's a score of 10/10 !!! We highly recommend.

À part quelques petits ajustements à faire comme le wifi dans l’autobus qui ne fonctionne pas ,il y a seulement le fait que le départ est trop tard alors nous avons manqué presque toute la journée du vendredi qui nous a plus dérangé. Merci encore , nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et bien pris en charge ? Our trip to New York went very well in general. The driver and guide were super friendly. Apart from a few small adjustments to be made, such as the wifi on the bus not working, it was only the fact that the departure was too late so we missed most of the day on Friday that bothered us the most. Thanks again, we felt safe and well taken care of ?

On l’aime d’amour. Par contre le chauffeur avait une attitude plutôt paternaliste et autoritaire qui nous a dérangée. Jamais de bonjour de sa part et une façon de freiner qui nous maintenait inconfortable. Enriching experience with an outstanding guide. Super friendly, Pierre guided us clearly throughout the adventure with easy directions. We love him dearly. On the other hand, the driver had a rather paternalistic and authoritarian attitude which disturbed us. Never a hello from him and a way of braking that kept us uncomfortable.
