★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little park in the middle of Fernie. Swing sets, a few large play structure, vintage mini mining train that the kids love to climb. Washrooms and drinking fountain with a (dog) watering tap. Gazebo structure and a small parking lot. Our 2 and 4 year old were entertained for over an hour after a day of driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at Rotary Park on our way through town. We had started our day in Nelson and we're making our way to Edmonton. My 2 year old needed a break so we found this gem of a park. My son is obsessed with trains and loved the train he could play on. There was 2-3 ft of snow on the ground so swings and slides did not have much play potential. It tired out my son so it did its job. Will definitely be stopping by again. Public bathroom on sight but closed (due to covid and 3 ft of snow).
