We came into this not being too sure what we needed to do or how to navigate a confusing mortgage market. We initially had an approval at a great rate and were excited to move forward with HSBC. But we struggled to have the support we wanted for one of the biggest financial decisions of our life. At that point a friend recommended us to Roshan. We wanted someone who would be responsive and knowledgeable and Roshan was exactly that. Roshan was an excellent communicator and was professional at every turn. When we had questions, he replied quickly and really got to help us with even the most basic queries. He also got us the good rate and kept us updated on the progress of our file throughout. Buying a house is stressful enough and having someone like Roshan help and guide you through the mortgage process is what you need!

He gave me updates as needed and was available to answer whatever questions I had at any given time of day.
