COULD NOT BE MORE DISAPPOINTED I would've been embarrassed to give this to a customer. They don't need small jobs or happy customers anymore - nice position to be in, good for them. I will not be referring Rosedale. Not because of the terrible product but because of the lack of remorse/concern and disinterest at making it right. Only after my review was posted was that effort made. Met personally with James, owner, June 15th to make two simple mirror frames, Aug 15 deadline. He didn't respond to my 3 update inquiries through summer. Finally after daily mssgs left for him Aug 17-20, complaint to front staff, Kim, finally responded. Aug 23 someone literally slapped together, poorly, some scratched up aluminum frame, and called it a day. Nothing near the picture I provided as my end product. I did a better job folding sheet metal in grade 9 shop class than what James found acceptable to give to a customer. The tin is so flimsy you can't even lift it to put it on the wall let alone add glass. They were so poorly and cheaply made they didn't even charge for them. Gee, thanks. All I wanted was two mirror frames to powder coat. Dimensions were the only thing correct. Rather than offering to do it right on Rush they chose to dismiss and give me this. Now not only do I not have frames for my bathroom reno I have to try and find a good, reliable fabricator. Neither Kim nor James had the respect to respond to my email after picking these up. Let the poor service continue. Awesome. And thanks. *Update* After my review, received response from Kim and I was offered a token decoration (declined is not my taste) and given a fabricator to contact. I also got the gift of Rosedale contacting my employer over my personal review. Another big thank you.

I have used Rosedale Sheet Metal for the entirety of my career. You will not find a company more willing to help, to go above and beyond, and to do so in a timely manner with phenomenal quality. I can count on one hand in over 15 years amount of times I’ve had to go back to have something adjusted, and it has always been immediate, and without any hesitation. James has hopped in his truck on a Saturday to bring us custom fittings on remote job sites. If I can’t find something, Kim will source it for me. The shop has such high standards that if they don’t think that it’s suitable, you never even see it. It is no accident that they are my sheet-metal supplier. When other trades need metal fab up, I always send them to Rosedale.
