★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude reception staff. They make it seem like a burden to their lives that you are calling in. Pick and choose what type of appointments come through. Has been my doctor my whole life but after Holdway retired the new staff are all rude and short with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this doctor's office for 40 years.. doctor holdway gave birth to my brother and sister later on in life he diagnosed my dad with Hart problems that led to open heart surgery and found out my sister has diabetes type 1 found out my brother had a tumour... when dr. Holdway retired this place has gone downhill!!!!!when I go in there my appointment is set for a certain time I wait a half hour to 45 minutes tops to be seen I've been having complications in my life and it's been 2 years and they still haven't figured anything out...I posted this the same time I have been sitting here waiting to been seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking forward to changing doctors once I move... Most of the receptionists I've talked to here are nice, if a little clueless. The nurses are great and the adjunct services - chiropractor, counselor - are great .I've only ever seen two mds there, and dr Stephenson (I think his name is) is great but he just fills in and my regular doctor, it just feels like she is very dismissive of my concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I have a medical issue I am always nervous to call and make an appointment. The nastiness that I receive from reception EVERY time just about makes me want to do my head in. How on earth are they allowed to make people feel the way they do. Not only should they be ashamed of themselves for being incredibly unprofessional but the doctors they are representing should be appalled. My doctor is a wonderful person and so is the team of nurses that I have interacted with. But the pit bulls that are running the show over there are the absolute worst...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Dr. Opie for almost 37 years and truly respected him. Dr. Opie has now retired and I am quite pleased to now have Dr. Goodacre. She takes the time to listen to your needs. I would highly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretary for doctor McLeod is very rude and needs replacing. She talks down to you in a way that makes you feel stupid for even asking a question. Keeps you waiting on the phone when there are no callers ahead. And just over all is not the nicest. No problems when doctor holdway was here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretary for doctor McLeod continues to be unprofessional. I called to follow up after two weeks of using a nasal spray without relief from ear pain. She asked me, in a nasty tone, what I expected to have done. Is that not for the doctor to decide? Also said the doctor covering for Goodacre is all booked and only accepts emergencies, told me to "speak up," and altogether acted as if my calling was unnecessary and a waste of time. Angela, on the other hand, is professional, kind, and well mannered. Take notes.
