โ โ โ โ โ I want to share my experience with this travel agency, firstly I asked them to give me the best prices for a flight and her offer was higher than what I found online by my own, but because I was in hurry to buy a ticket I paid
and after pay the ticket, I asked Rose travel to send me the invoice which I needed for official expense claim and they never sent me any invoice. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a travel agency.

Mrs. Shahnaz, the owner, has proven to be very courteous and helpful from the very beginning, trying to organize at the best our trip to Iran and Istanbul. The guides and drivers are very professional and friendly, the price was incomparable to other agency. I highly recommend it, Mrs Shahnaz will turn your trip into an unforgettable experience!

While we are happy with their service, the one that stands out for me is that it happened twice that Mrs. Shahnaz turned my two-stop flights into one-stop flight! She knows how to negotiate with airlines effectively in favour of her customers!

โ โ โ โ โ Last summer, I purchased a round ticket from Rose travel agency. I am not satisfied with the customer service because, the travel agent did not email me about cancellation and flight change rules. Moreover, when I was overcharged for a flight change, I did not receive the support a customer deserves. Another problem is that it seems there is only one person in this agency and so if for any reason, you get offended and your airline happens to be Turkish you will get stuck and no choice except to deal with that person. No manager or anyone else that you can complain to. Turkish Airlines also does not help of any sort and just refers you to the agency. So I do not recommend this travel agency to anyone at all. Best is to just buy your tickets directly from airlines. Much easier and cheaper to cancel or change your tickets. If I had purchased my ticket directly from the airline I would have paid 1/4 amount to change my ticket.
