★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to read or write on a hot summers day, because there is a near constant breeze....and incredibly picturesque on any given day. On a clear day you can see everything from Kahnawake to Beauharnois...and due south all the way to Lyon Mountain -60 miles away in New York State- the northern most mountain in the Adirondack Mountains.
The steps down to the beach make it a great spot to launch your kayak, or just come on down and take in a sunrise or sunset, or watch the planes come over the bay...and in the evenings, right over your head. The ice is frozen solid, and it is a great spot to start or end your walk with a hot chocolate.
If do swing by, do us all a favour and leave it cleaner than when you came.
