Moving into Lakeshore Towers in March 2020 during the peak of the pandemic has been one of the most important and incredible experiences of my life. After going through a very difficult transition, I desired nothing more than to start my new life in a beautiful place to build me back up into the beautiful human being I am today. As a matter of fact, for years I'd drive down Lakeshore Drive passing by Lakeshore Towers hoping that one day I might have a place in this building that overlooks the water. I always referred to this building as the building with the white bathtub balconies! Haha! And what an amazing turn of events, that after going through one of the most challenging times of my life, I would find out that a unit with the most amazing view and the most generous and perfect layout would be available for me. After 2 weeks of sleeping on couches and in my car, I manifested a unit on one of the top floors to begin my self-development and emotional healing as a newly independent 30-something year old woman. More than just the unit, the building offers so much more... a massive indoor lap pool, a generous sized sauna, a gym, kindhearted neighbors and last but not least, an incredible management that has been nothing but kind, considerate, generous and who genuinely want to see that all of us living here have the absolute best experience. Cristina has been such a great leader and always made me feel seen and looked after. And Anik has been a shining light of joy, love and appreciation that this building thrives from. I'm so grateful for these two beautiful souls. The memories and the growth I've experienced at Lakeshore Towers has been nothing short of magical. It has been and continues to be the perfect sanctuary for me and my stay-at-home business. If the day comes that I have to leave, it will be one of the hardest decisions because I have fallen absolutely in love with my life here at Lakeshore Towers. If you are considering moving into Lakeshore Towers, DO IT. I have literally zero complaints. It's been hands down the best place I've ever had the honour of calling home. <3

We have been here four years, having sold our nearby home of 30 years. The building is very well maintained, thanks to a really dedicated team and outstanding leadership from the building Manager. Very responsive! They are usually there within a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the issue. Rarely goes to another day. The owners are constantly upgrading the building and keeping it in great shape for an older property. The huge pool is incredible...a real swimming pool, not one of these kidney-shaped wading pools! Main complaint...no gas BBQs allowed, despite the fact that all the nearby condos have them. This would be a very nice pleasure-add. If BBQs were allowed, it would have gotten 5-stars!

In my short experience living in the Hazelview property, I have been most impressed with the management and caretaking team of Women. The premises are always clean and well maintained and the large indoor pool is certainly an added feature. I certainly appreciate the positive and accommodating services by the management . They aim to please! The view from the building overlooking Lac St Louis is spectacular and the parks and walking trails along the lakeshore, help to make this an excellent place to reside .

We looked at many places and we were very impressed with the size of the apartment and amenities within the building.The patio door is extra large as so are the windows which makes it very bright.The management and staff are very helpful and polite Indoor and outdoor parking.Good security system.Reasonable pricing for renting

Have been living here for 2 years and I am so impressed with the property and team that manages and maintains it. Cristina and Anik are approachable and friendly and have been amazing through the pandemic. Repairs in my apartment were promptly done despite the Pandemic conditions. Fabulous communication between the Property Manager and the tenants is such a plus. I also appreciate that the property itself is constantly being maintained. That is not a usual thing and I have noticed it and like the fact that the team is always looking to keep the property clean and In good repair. All in all a great place to live.

Older but well maintained concrete building on the lakeshore with great balconies that either give you sunrise views or sunsets and starry moonlit nights. The apartments are very spacious with lots of cupboard and storage space. Very nice lobby, pool, gym and sauna are reminiscent of a time when Lakeshore Towers was "the" place! Prestigious! - it still is. Experienced Management & Friendly-Hard working staff keep building clean, quiet and safe. Very respectful and quiet neighbours. Bravo!
