★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a home that was in desperate need of a new roof, i spoke to Sandra at roofmart and she was able to help me order everything I needed. I was completely clueless about shingles and roof maintenance in general but she answered every question I had and even some I didn't think to ask! Everything was delivered the next day without any problems.
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do your homework! Prices are 10% higher than other authorized dealers. They also have a 15% refund policy on in-stock products. And maybe a coincident but a sale return with receipt took three attempts and over twenty minutes so far. They were going to charge a restocking fee on tax! Anthony the manager was involved and his response was "you don't have to shop here".
I won't go back and will contact head office.
Anthony the manager did load the truck with the shingles so was well aware of the condition the bundles were in.
Update
Head office did reply to this review. Thank you. I also contacted the Brampton location and got the regional manager involved. I sent photos of some damaged shingles and the condition of the bundles as they were put into my truck.
The final outcome can be summarized by saying this. I had seven shingles that were damaged so they were put aside, one was even cut short. Some shingles were muddy and had algae growth on them.
Anthony the manager loaded them in the truck and knew the condition was poor, as he didn't want to exchange one of the bundles I returned for some hip shingles.
It appears as though they were trying to get rid of unsellable stock taking advantage of the covid situation where the customer isn't close to the product being sold.
In the end the regional manager offered to refund the full amount of the three bundles remaining after the job was completed.
I will post photos of the bundles in the truck and some damaged shingles in the next update.
