We had our old garage demolished and a new concrete pad poured this Summer. All the tradesmen involve at different stages of this project were very skilled and efficient. The communication with Jason was excellent and he was always willing to answer our questions in a timely manner. We have been very happy with Ronnex Garages and happy to recommend it to any one.

We did not initially use Ronnex and that was our biggest mistake. We interviewed and had site visits from the three main garage builders. Initially we went with another as they were a little cheaper than Ronnex. After no replies from our initial builder we contacted Jason at Ronnex to see if he would be able to take on this work and thankfully he said yes. He responded quickly to all of our inquiries and proactively made recommendations. Having an expert like Jason was invaluable as we were building a little more unique garage. We replaced our concrete slab as well as some of the adjoining concrete around our deck landing and on our driveway. Jason initially recommended this replacement instead of the patch repair we were going to do. The solution Jason derived would fix our driveway issue as well as make the sloping of the garage slab more effective and the driveway ramp to the alley less steap. This solution saved us money in the long run and provided for better overall quality of our garage in whole. The demolition of the old garage and construction of the new garage was done in a timely manner and build quality was excellent. Any workers present during the various stages were courteous and friendly. No messes were left. No damage to our property occurred. City inspectors asked who did the work as they were also impressed with it. After informing them, they were not surprised as they had continually seen good work from Ronnex over the years. To date, there are no issues with our garage or slab. No cracking of the concrete. No doors or windows are leaky or stick, even in the cold weather. We are overall extremely happy with our garage from Ronnex and we trust Jason the owner of Ronnex 100%. The price was not the cheapest and that is a good thing because you get what you pay for.

What can I say except ...Thank you ..Thank you. Jason was there throughout the construction of the garage. Great work crew and final completion was nothing short of a rating of 5 stars. I would recommend that you give Jason a call if you are planning of having a garage built ..you won't be disappointed

We hired Ronnex to build a new garage and they did a great job! We had some custom specs that Jason was more than happy to accommodate, and everything turned out exactly as we expected. Ronnex didn’t have the cheapest quote, but they were the most flexible with what we wanted. We were super surprised that the project met the timeline that Jason gave us at the outset (construction projects are never on time!). The site was left clean and everything is great. The only thing we wish we had done is putting keypads for the garage doors—for some reason I assumed this would be included, although there was no indication that this was the case. (So, make sure you ask for that if you want it!) Our neighbours are all jealous of our new garage, and I’ll definitely recommend Ronnex if any of them intend on replacing theirs! I had Ronnex build a garage for me more than 4 years ago and I remain very happy with the quality of the work. Not only is the work withstanding the test of time, it was done quickly and on schedule. During the course of any construction project problems are going to occur. Satisfaction is in how the company handles problems and Ronnex not only took responsibility for the problems, they fixed them with expediency and efficiency. Even after the build when issues cropped up they were taken care of. Jason was responsive to communication and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Ronnex for any garage build.

What can I say... this experience was fantastic. Jason was quick to respond, discuss my custom changes, and had a professional crew. I did my research, and had quotes from several companies. The cost from Ronnex was a wee bit more expensive, but I got more for my money (2x6 construction/larger door, etc). If I need another garage built, I will be going straight to Ronnex again.

I'm sad somebody gave Ronnex a one star review. I am not paid for this review, but I just want to share that I had a very good experience with this company. I started to review just now since I made sure that I don't have any issues after my garage was finished last Summer of 2019. Jason was very professional to talk to. My co-workers recommended this company and had known about my neighbors garages were also made by Ronnex. I had asked quotes from other garage builders before selecting them. He consulted me first on how I want my garage done. It was built as planned and no issues after. Even the temperature during winter was -40, the Flush door we had on our garage worked as normal. There was some delay because it rained a lot last year, but the garage done was on time and on budget. His pricing was reasonable (22 x 22 size). I highly recommend Ronnex for your garage. My take on Jason, please change your billing to a progressive billing just for your peace of mind. Regards, RA

Working with Ronnex was great! My number one priority was to have a smooth and seamless building process. Jason handled everything and gave us a perfect experience. He was patient and explained all of our options to us. We were never left waiting for answers and had any problem getting information. His constant updates and clear vision took away any concerns I had. We are left with a well-constructed garage that was done quickly and on schedule. I have already recommended him to my friends. Do yourself a favour and use Ronnex.
