β β β β β I paid a deposit to this company in July, and have been given false promises for plans, as well as a start date on over 10 occasions that. Each and every time deadlines were missed.
The owner Conroy is very nice and courteous , but has no clue how to run a business.
There lack of professionalism has me waiting over 2 months, since Iβve poured my cement , ready for them to build.
Now I have to find another builder, and winter is around the corner. Iβve also been told that they donβt have funds to pay my deposit back.
Have a look at the plans/drawings given to me after waiting 3 weeks, if constantly pressing them to complete drawings. What a joke.
Iβve had it and donβt want any other people to get into the same position Iβm in.
