★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merci à la caissière d'un certain âge pour m'avoir fait tout un scénario après que je sois entrée par ce qui semble être une sortie uniquement ( porte automatique qui ouvre même en se présentant de l'extérieur)
Malgré ma stupéfaction j'ai obéis et j'ai rebroussé chemin....... Jusqu'au canac où j'ai sauvé un montant substanciel sur les mêmes achats, et j'ai été accueilli avec un sourire.
 Thanks to the elderly cashier for giving me quite a scenario after I entered through what appears to be an exit only (automatic door that opens even when presenting from outside)
Despite my amazement I obeyed and turned back ....... Up to the canac where I saved a substantial amount on the same purchases, and I was greeted with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commande en ligne, demande service à l'auto, personne ne vient malgré la confirmation envoyée en ligne...je téléphone pour confirmer le service à l'auto mais je dois rentrer quand même à l'intérieur pour récupérer la marchandise...on m'envoie à la cour à bois car gros matériel...personnel très peu entraîné et manque de courtoisie...très décevant...
Online order, drive-thru request, no one comes despite the confirmation sent online...I call to confirm the drive-thru but I still have to go inside to pick up the goods... I am sent to the lumber yard because of large equipment...very poorly trained staff and lack of courtesy...very disappointing...
