★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rona is awesome. They are very helpful, but they are SUPER BUSY so be patient. Everyone is really friendly. They usually have everything we need....but if we have to wait for a shipment takes from 5 to 14 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People say just be patient... Well ok I was, but this was ridiculous. We just moved to Quesnel and bought a house in Carson sub and it started to snow so we bought a snow blower (online or on the phone I can't remember which) from them and they delivered it. When we went to use it we found the starter button was chewed off. We called them and they said they had a lot of them that happened to. So they picked it up and brought it to Lordco for repair. Well over a month later it was finally ready and they begrudgingly picked it up and delivered it to us. We asked for some consideration as we could have just just returned it.
But no nothing.
