Admittedly, he can be sensitive to encroachment on his parking area but with good reason. On more than one occasion I have witnessed vehicles proceeding through his parking lot at full speed to avoid traffic backed up behind a vehicle doing a left turn at the top of Haven Hill Rd. He also has a ongoing issue of illegal parking by visitors to the Haven Hill Retirement facility.
g	gab ouellet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually went there a couple times a week to buy stuff, but today i was a couple minutes early at work and waited a couple minutes in the parking lot, owner came outside and very rudely told me To park my car somewhere else, what a terrible way to conduct business and treat regular customers, i told him i would never go back to his store and highly encourage everyone to do the same!

We parked planning to go into the store but went across the street for a moment to stand in the shade to make a couple decisions about our day. A man comes out of the store yelling at us to move our car. We told him what we were doing but he didn't seem able to back down. Parking lot was completely empty as well. He has every right to do this I suppose, but handled very very poorly.

M	Murray Voth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a new Purolator depot. Cashier was trying to be helpful, but was not trained sufficiently. When I asked a question the owner put his hand up to me and shushed me. Then turned away and berated the cashier to tell her it was about getting the client their package not following the procedures that were holding things up.
