★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from Victoria and I understand things are not cheap here. I visited a few ice cream stores in the same area and the amount of ice cream I've received for the price is not worth it. I would not recommend this place to my friends and visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees with horrible attitudes and poor managers, I even had a girl roll her eyes at me while I was ordering. If I could put 0 stars I would. The sweets are alright, but overall not a good establishment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream was fine, but it was hard to eat it with what they call a spoon. It was a little piece of flat wood. Second of all they should have all their flavours in store. And they only had waffle cones. They should have real cones in case there is some one who doesnt like waffle cones ( like myself )

I always get the fudge it is TO DIE FOR and so is their sea salt toffee peanut butter cups! JUST WOW!
Next time I come in I will try their Ice cream/gelato’s. Saw someone walk out with one and it looked delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place! The caramel apples are one-of-a-kind and the customer service is always exceptional. My personal favourite is the cheesecake skor apple, sliced to go! I never come to Victoria without stopping in! I would recommend this store to anyone visiting the island and definitely those lucky enough to live close by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great smaller location for Rocky Mountain Chocolates! The quality is always top-notch; they keep everything well stocked and serve a multitude of guests efficiently while offering great service, despite how busy it can get with a cruise ship docked in town! It's always amazing to watch them create the yummy treats from the front viewing window as well. I highly suggest a scoop of Rum-Raisin ice cream or some of their delicious English Toffee! You won't be disappointed!

The girl was really friendly; gave us lots of free samples. I had Nanaimo bar and mango resberries. It's kind of pricey for an ice cream but the sevice and the ice cream was pleasant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the photo hanging in the store showing the history of them making chocolates. My parents owned a candy store and rhisblitrlw store reminded me of some of the things we made. It was also delicious.
