★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pinecrest Manor 905 4th Ave New Westminster building has a mouse problem!!! Run down apartments and not trustworthy building management. The building manager knew I was on vacation and not home and I believe he went into my apartment and tampered with my property. No one else has the access to my place. He's the only other one who has keys. The laundry machines are old and constantly break down and eat up your change. I'm moving out had enough of this old building and bad management.

This company was fined $8000 by Work Safe BC. They did not want have the building tested for asbestos. They were told by Work Safe many times to have it done.
The basement suites had no individual metered power, so the city ordered them to have it installed. They tried to charge the basement tenants $750 each for the work. But one complained to the city. I know this because I worked there, installing a fire alarm system.
That owner never showed his face to me, after I found out about the asbestos.
I knew when Rockwell took over management of Pinecrest Manor, four years ago, there would big problems.
