Casey and PJ did a great job co-presenting at the BCFPA Leadership workshop on April 11th. Casey guided me and held my hand, head and, and heart during the most revolutionary times in my company's history. He held the space and the stake to create an inspired workplace for my team and also for me, as a leader, to point the compass towards creating a company that would fulfill its purpose in this world but also be fulfilling to my personal purpose. With such change, he is also thorough and empathetic to ensure that no one is left behind or left with unresolved conflict that would be a barrier to the team's growth. He is sure to follow-up with appropriate communication to ensure that this type of work brings the right people together, rather than divides. The energy in our office has changed dramatically (beyond my imagination, dramatic) in a healthy, optimistic, and forward-looking way and there's no way anyone would ever want to look back. We've hired a lot of facilitators of the years and Casey is one of the best Facilitators we've ever had. He taught us the true meaning and value of Empathy.
