★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy from them.. I got a ford fusion not even a month ago and it was leaking i found out it was the transmission lines!!!! Cost me 500$ and i called rockcliff to tell them that i was upset with them they should of checked my vehicle before i bought it and he said it was fine before you got it. Not impressed also my oil was so low that the mechanic said it has probably not been changed for a while. So please dont buy from them. Like i said i only had it a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the van we ended up with. We haven’t even had our Dodge Grand Caravan for a week and it’s already in the mechanic shop needing the transmission worked on. Within the first 24 hours the van was leaking a lot of transmission fluid. Rockcliff only offered to pay for half if we took it back to their mechanics who safetied a van leaking transmission fluid in the first place. My husband was smart enough to have bought the warranty, therefore not having to pay out of pocket.
On top of that, the cars are not detailed before being sold, our van had marker all over the interior roof and the interior smells quite bad. We were also disappointed that they sold the van with winter tires on it at the end of March, so more $$$ needed to be spent on buying summer tires.
If I were you, I wouldn’t buy your car from here unless you are really desperate and if you do, buy the warranty. We should have known better, feeling scammed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional, supportive, honest... although their objective should be selling the cars, however in my experience I felt that the whole objective was to meet my needs.
Tamer supported me through out the process.... starting from recommending the most suitable and affordable car according to my budget, offered me multiple of options that suits my needs to finance the car, excellent follow up through out the process and until the deal was accomplished.
After purchasing the car a minor tech appeared, Tamer made sure to follow up and fixed the issue with no questions asked, was very clear about the plan and the job was done in couple of days.
In my humble opinion I was lucky and blessed to meet them and I highly recommend them.
Great work gentlemen and thanks for the support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have deposited 500 cad in the rockcliff auto Oakville dealership for a used car purchase. But, my finance application was declined and because of that the deal didn't happen. Now, the dealership is refusing to give me my deposit back. They have advertised in their website itself that the deposit is refundable. But, When I went to the dealership for the refund, the manager threatened me to get out of the place. They asked me to call their toronto dealership for the refund and when I called them they were really rude and said they will give a call back and it didn't happen till now. I tried several time reaching them but they didn't answer my call. I planning to file a complaint with OMVIC to get my refund. Please don't deal with these guys. It's not worth it and waste of time.
