On pick up, my Jeep looked brand new-- perfect body/paint job, washed exterior, cleaned interior/tires, etc. These were nice touches and a pleasant surprise. I noted a tiny scratch and Phil was quick to polish it on the spot to ensure that I left completely happy. And their COVID-19 precautions were also great (wrapping your steering wheel/seat, etc. so you know everything is sanitary). Overall, great customer service - I would recommend this place for your car repair needs.

He did the liaison with my insurance adjuster and the rental car company, so that I could have a car while mine was being fixed, and made everything easy. Finished off by scrubbing out some paint-transfer scuffs free of charge. Obviously has customers’ best interests in mind. Watching friendly interactions with other customers as well, I would absolutely trust work to Oakville East CARSTAR in the future.

I got hit from behind and although the damage wasn't too bad, Phil from CarStar understood that getting in any kind of accident is an inconvenience for anybody and he treated the situation as if my car was his own. it was my first time going through this process and he was kind and patient enough to explain exactly what steps were next. I had some emblems and visors for my windows that I bought recently. It was shot in the dark but I asked if he would attach them for me if he had time and if he didnt, it would be okay. Phil didnt even hesitate. He attached both for me free of charge just to do me a favour! This experience was super easy and most importantly, my car was fixed to perfection and it looks like nothing ever happened. Thank you Phil, and thank you CARSTAR!

The process was completely smooth with the folks helping me with an estimate explaining everything that will go into fixing my car and fixing the car back to new. They even cleaned the car inside out. Thumbs up for Phil and the team at CARSTAR for an overall awesome service. I didn't pay anything (insurance) so cant comment on value for money.
