★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe, family friendly, two trail options, inexpensive (pay to enter or buy pass for the season), pet friendly, easy-moderate level hiking. Bring cash to visit the small canteen for drinks, water, snacks, and freezies run by local family at entrance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Hike! Beautiful lookout. Not too steep and completely natural. Bugs not as bad as we'd expected them to be. A little confusion on the return loop, but managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely little trail that fills up fast. If you're going recommend you get there early and if possible on a week day.
Charge is $5 dollars per person or $15 for a group of 3-6 people.
Great views at the top overlooking the forest, lake, and Rideau Canal.
Take about 90 minutes or less round trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous views. Great for dogs. You definitely need shoes you aren’t afraid to get muddy/wet. Lots of climbing up rocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot. Scenic views. The forest is lush and lovely. My only complaints? It would be nice to have a 15km+ option for a hike. The hike to the vista and back is too short. They could use more parking and better trail markers or just more of them. Small things. The main attraction is nature and you always win with that here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning views, aninteresting rocky trail that keeps you on your toes, and some cool birds (loons and wild swans!). Definitely worth coming on a weekday during the fall since it's understandably a very popular destination. Can't wait to go back!
