★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had something good to say about Rocchetti's wig shop. Although the owner and her daughter seemed nice enough, they convinced me into believing that I was/am a candidate for a hair topper when in actuality, I am not. I feel they took advantage of my hair woes. Shame on me for not doing the proper research and purchasing a Jon Renau remy hair topper for a whopping $2000.00, which is only worth less than half of that :( Needless to say, I could not return it. When I expressed my dismay with my purchase, the owner was not understanding at all.
Please do yourself a favour and do not purchase any hair piece from this shop, unless you intend on wearing it for Halloween purposes. Their products and client services are of poor quality. You are better off going to a reputable location like Hair A La Mode in Thornhill, where shop owner Mazal custom creates hair pieces and is super sensitive to her client's hair needs.
