★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were about to purchase from Home Depot when someone referred me to Rocartz. Upon looking at the reviews on Google, I gave them a try and I am delighted. Their prices were better than the big orange box and because they take care of everything A to Z, the service is much better and your sales guy is your point of contact. We did not feel rushed at all and the salesman took his time to explain everything. The measuring guy and the installers were on time for our appointment and extremely polite; they even automatically removed their shoes upon entering our home. Also, on the day of the install, I had protected the floor as we were painting and told them it was OK but they insisted and removed their shoes and cleaned up everything after installation, they even shinned the counter.
The next day I thought the seam could be a bit better on one of my pieces of Quartz, and the guys came right back within 48 hours and took care of it right away. I was so happy I purchased another piece for the basement and referred my neighbor who also bought a piece for her bathroom. This is the place I will deal with in the future and I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended this place by a pig project developer, even though it was just for one kitchen, not a big project, was outstanding service. Had my kitchen counter done a few months ago and the service, work, measurements, installation was impeccable!! Needed a door sill urgently and they really did everything to accommodate my delay. They are all so nice, Yasmine is a Superstar. Thank you Rocartz for your amazing work and service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from start to finish! The counters were measured by laser to accommodate for our crooked walls and they fit beautifully. We worked with 2 separate installation teams and both were extremely professional. I would highly recommend.

To my surprise the company called me in February to come and change the defective slab.
I say surprise because I heard nothing until they called to give me an appointment.
The job is beautiful, a special thanks to the installer and his partner (M Lacroix) who did amazing work and turned a bad experience into a positive one: a beautiful bathroom!
The worse customer service you can possibly imagine.
The head of the business has no clue where the tail is.
Make sure you ask all the questions and read the fine print.
They will make you pay for the whole job before they even come.
Contradictory information by the different people who were on the project.
The world of construction is in no way a plaisant one for the customer, they bring it to the next level…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were recommended from a friend to go see them, from the beginning Matthew was very helpful in suggestions and service. Nice thing they took measurements by laser, which was a good thing cause one of my walls were not straight at all (see picture marked #2), and when they installed that piece i was impressed on how well it fit to the wall. Before they even cut the granite, Matthew sent us pictures on how it would be cut and the best look. The installation went smooth with no issue, even with a difficult piece they had to install, (between the opening marked#1) it was done with very carefully and with minimal damage (not their fault, the opening where the piece had to go in were not straight) nothing a bit of wall putty and paint didn't fix in 5 minutes. I was impressed by the seem, (circled in blue) you can barely see it, just amazing. and beautiful. Pricing was competitive with other places. Rocartz team thank you for everything, our kitchen looks amazing.
