The entire experience with Kathryn was amazing. She was very personable, friendly, helpful and even at times went above what I expected. The staff were easy to deal with, and Ryan Magh did a great job. And the settlement that he ended up getting me, was way beyond my expectations. Plus their location definitely beats driving downtown.
