β β β β β Excellent customer service. We purchased some very nice vanity lights from them for our washroom renovation, which look superb. We had a very minor issue months later with one of the lights, and they were very quick to correct the problem right away which made us very happy customers. There is ample parking available and the show room is clean and well stocked. I highly recommend going here over any big box store to get your lights.

β β β β β Come with client bought 3 lights in robinson lighting centre more than $4500, one of them canβt fit in my client house(not install just open the package, trying to exchange to other light, the sales person talk with the manager let us know only thing they could do is return it to gift card and purchase other light(not final sale not special order just in stock itemοΌ, let them show the policy why we canβt get the money back, them canβt, manager find one policy on invoice which is non in-stock item return maybe charge 20% restock fee(but it's not non in-stock item), client really unhappy, they spend money in this store and service really bad, manager could make any policy they want. Recommend a lot of clients to get their light fixture in this store before, but after this event, will not do this again, too much builder send their client to this place, they donβt care about the contractor and walk in customers anymore.if u order some thing and not fit or change plan, stay away from this store, they will throw u out.. Trying to talk with Signature home PM who I know get all light in this store to see what going on here why they still use this store for there supplier. Really angry about client feedback. Service not only mean when u shopping, sales get commission everything good, after customers return some item everything become different. Really disappointment.
contractor stay away with robinson lighting, you will have donβt have support from them anymore. Walk-in customers stay away with robinson lighting, they donβt care. If u send from home builder to this place u have no choice just be careful.

β β β β β Robinson lighting supplied the lighting for my new build. Lot's of options to match my budget, and found lighting I loved without increasing costs. I called to double check that my pot lights were dimmable over a year after install, and they were happy to help.

β β β β β I ordered two beautiful brass/glass pendant lights online. Unfortunately when I took the one pendant out of it's packaging its glass piece was cracked. I emailed customer service about the problem with a picture and they immediately sent me a new glass at no charge. I appreciate their quick response and how my problem was so easily resolved. And the pendants look great in my newly renovated kitchen!

Rachel helped my husband and I choose gorgeous lights for our home. She understood the look we were going for and was quick to show us many different options. Rachel was so patient with my husband and I. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we would be happy with what we chose. And we are!
