L	Lachhu Gotame on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small beach but there is a nice trail to walk past the beach that offers a nice view and further down there is some "falls" where you can have a seat and chill. Behind the beach, there is a big green area, perfect for a picnic and a pickup game of sport. Overall, a nice spot to spend the day and hang out.
J	Jesse Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park with a beach on the Ottawa River. There is a playground and a splash pad. Lots of room to run around or throw a frisbee. There is also a nice little walking path that goes along the river. I was there in the spring on a cold day, but will be a great place to go in the summer when it's warm out.

V	VideoLover Nie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a warm sunny late fall Sunday. Very nice park with sufficient parking spots, beautiful view and also there is a nice sand beach, and a walking path to stroll around. Looking forward to seeing it in Spring or summer.
N	Neil Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summer park tour continues as we travelled to The Valley to check out the beach in Arnprior. Bathrooms and canteen open. Large grass area. Plenty of picnic tables. Beach has a bit of rocky action going on but I didn’t hear any complaining. Solid spot, worth the drive.

Start with big park above with pretty flowers ( big thanks to whoever maintaining the park), looking down to the beach and the river, an amazing view. We had good time swimming, paddling and walking along the river (yes, there was a nice path along the river for leisure walk).
P	Paul M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful maintained Park. It has a Gazzebo and picnic tables throughout the park area. A splash pad and children's playground is also there for your family's enjoyment. There is a structure with washrooms and change room. Further down is a beach with a large view of the Ottawa River. There is also a place to buy food, hotdogs hamburg and other items and refreshments. The view here of the water and landscape is truly breath taking. So if you want to spend a nice day at a park, I highly recommend Robert Simoson Park. It is well maintained and has security on duty. There is free parking, and has handicapped spots to park also, Cheers Enjoy.

Picnic tables and benches up top. Along with a snack bar summertime hours and washrooms, wading pool and park. Take your lawn chair and watch the sunsets.
