★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They really need to fix their answering machine, it is set up in such a way that you think someone has answered, then there is a pause, and when you start talking, the message continues. It is very annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck getting an appointment with Dr Garcia, he is either always out of the office for weeks at a time (3 weeks in the summer and again already this fall) and when you do wait 2-3 weeks for an apt they will call you and reschedule because he’s shockingly out of the office again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just waited 10 days to get my prescriptions renewed at my drug store. The printers at Arnprior health weren’t working properly. I called 3 times to request the status, as did drug store, no reply

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am not sure if you have a choice, but i would not become a patient of dr padeanu. if his wife has the same arrogant and unhelpful attitude, then i would avoid dr ridgin as well. it is so sad that we have such a shortage of doctors. We, as patients, have no choice when it comes to health care providers and doctors like this know it. there is no incentive to be a decent doctor or human being.
