★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With Robert's advice, work ethic, and confidence, we were able to sell our home for more than we thought was initially possible and had an accepted offer within 48 hours of listing it. Robert helped us find the perfect home to move to as well, which was no small feat given our tall list of demands for the new place. We looked at a lot of homes together, and Robert was always on-time, ready and prepared, and fully engaged in the process throughout. He had great advice for our many questions and helped us steer clear of potential pitfalls and at the same time opened our eyes to some positives that we might not have noticed. As a buyer, though, the most valuable thing Robert did for us was identify the style of home we were drawn to (we didn't realize there was a pattern at the time) and this helped us narrow down our search to be much more productive. Once we did that, we landed on the perfect home relatively quickly. I would recommend Robert to anybody looking to buy or sell your home, he's hard working, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Robert was patient, enthusiastic, professional and truly cared about finding us the perfect home. He was both our listing agent and buying agent. He listened to all our requests for what we wanted and showed us as many houses as necessary so that we could decide exactly what we did and didn't want. When he found our new home it was as if he had it built exactly how we wanted because it checked every single box.
No matter the time of day he was always available to answer even the craziest of questions. Furthermore, he did everything in his power to ensure we were 100% comfortable with every step of the process of selling our home and buying our new one. He always went above and beyond to find us the answers we needed.
I would use Robert to buy or sell another home in a heart beat. He is reliable, trustworthy and overall a true professional.
