★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with boardwalk ive rented for 13 months and asked to dowsize to save money and i can only move to a different apt if i sign a 1 yr lease. According to boardwalks reply someone will contact me.........it hasent happend...oh and for the last 7 months of my 14 here their has only been one elevator i understand its not an overnight thing but come on allready also with record snowfall the parking lot shoulda been cleared way more often than it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved here in May. The staff made the move in easy and seamless! The apartment was recently renovated and spotless when I moved in! Love the view!! Underground parking for my Harley! Not moving anytime soon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in one for over a month now and it been really good besides the loud neighbor at night. But really fast arriving to fix things and work hard / well with pets around.. stuff are really friendly and awesome to rent from

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here since September. There were issues, which were dealt by the staff well. The office people are friendly and knowledgeable. There can be the smell of smokers getting into the apartment. The parking is a real selling point of this place compared to many others. There is a separate structure with options to add spaces for your unit or have protected underground parking. Although, the visitor parking is very often filled.
Update: they have taken measures to help with visitor parking. We'll see how it goes.
