It exhausts all cooking smell out of our house, which is extremely important for a house with a completely open concept. We requested Robam's installation team to do the installation, which would provide us with one extra year of warranty (2 year of labor instead of 1 year). Robam unit (A672) is a bit pricey, but for a family that prefers to cook most meals at home, it's totally worth it. The unit is very easy to clean and looks very modern. We highly recommend this unit.

Definitely recommend to any traditional Chinese cooking families, the cooking experience is much better and so much less to clean after cooking. No smell at all from 2nd floor, and the ceiling and cabinet are now free of oil residue. The service is fantastic, they first sent a technician to inspect the kitchen and recommend the exact hood that will fit with the cabinet, went through pros and cons for their models. I went with their in-store installation, it is a bit more expensive than being from outside, however the service and quality of work is really worth the money. The installation technician came with the delivery, they removed the old one and recycle. For our complicated set up in the kitchen, they spent 2.5 hours on modifying the decorative hood just to make sure the range hood can fit perfectly. The model they recommended perfectly fit with the kitchen and other appliance. I wish I could purchased and installed the Robam hood years earlier. So if you are still hesitating on Robam, I would definitely recommend to go for it, have a peace of mind for the kitchen, this is something that can be used every day and save tons of work.

Especially the installation service and after-sales service, we are very satisfied. Since our time at home is very limited, the Robam service staff came to my house to complete the installation after work, not only did not rush to finish rushly, but also did very careful preparation work, helped me check the electrical wiring, cleaned the previous ventilation pipes, and also patiently guide me step by step on how to use it. At the end, before leaving, their stuff also helped me clean up the packaging and my old hoods that were removed. Two weeks later, they took the initiative to call my wife to ask about the usage. Very professional service! As for the range hoods itself, after 2 weeks of use, we can clearly feel that the suction power is very strong, and the oil stains have been significantly reduced than before, and also it is much quieter the my old one. Therefore, for those who like clean kitchen, I highly recommend Robam range hood to you.
M	M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. They have fancy range hoods but they’re pricey and the options are limited. There’s also another store in Warden near steeles I believe. I was looking for an under the cabinet range hood and they only had one that was slanted. It was around $1500, which was a little pricey for what I was hoping to find. Too bad they didn’t have other options for me. The products looked good though.
