★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love Roadsport Honda at Kennedy and Ellesmere in Scarborough the staff is all so very helpful and pleasant. The service department is always so helpful they even set up a shuttle service to pick me up from home when my vehicle was finished. Awesome job here I'm always happy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a Honda CRV and thanks to the whole pandemic driven shortage of cars, we went to pretty much every Honda dealership possible (some extremely rude and shady ones too). We finally found Charles Chan through the online chat feature on their website. It was 10pm or so and we were expecting a reply the next day but Chan replied almost immediately and since then he was always there to cater to our needs no matter what time of the day it was. He knew the ins and out of everything and almost guaranteed us a car in about a month or max two months. We didn’t quite believe it so we decided to relax a bit only to find out that our car was actually ready in the said time. Ofcourse we had to scramble for getting the car insurance at the last min and places like RBC required almost 10 days to process the request. Again Chan came to our rescue and suggested a place that had really good rates and the agent was also super helpful. We actually didn’t even need to go into the dealership until the day of the delivery. Chan made everything very easy for us. He even gave a really good walk through of the car during the delivery (like a school teacher ?). All in all great service from the sales department. We are yet to experience their service center. Will update when we do do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service from receptionist to service department. They shuttled me to and from home while they completed routine Maintenance work. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The service agent Alex Thai was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Fantastic results as always from this team.

A few months ago I had my winter tire swap and regular maintenance. Raymond was my service advisor and answered many questions that I had. He was very professional, very helpful, and informative. He kept me up to date and let me know when my service would be complete.
I have been coming to Roadsport Honda for many many years for a reason: The service is EXCELLENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raymond my service advisor was of great help. After my service was complete, he explained in detail all the findings from their mechanic and any suggested tune up or maintenance items that can be done later and the status of each. They don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. In the past I've also had great experience here having my Honda maintained.
